Dispatch of Goods Although we endeavor to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days, unforseen difficulties (i.e., items temporarily out-of-stock) may delay dispatch so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please do not call, write or e-mail inquiring about your order until after 28 days have elapsed, as dealing with such inquiries delays the dispatch of other orders. All items are dispatched in sturdy packaging — posters are sent rolled in strong tubes. Photos, tour books, calendars and t-shirts are sent in reinforced packages. Damaged Goods All items are sent in sturdy packaging which should ensure that you receive your items in perfect condition. However, packages are occasionally damaged in transit. If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. If the item is a poster, please cut off an approximate 12" triangle, fold it into an envelope and mail it back to us with a brief note containing your order number, name and address. Upon receipt we will either refund your money or resend the items. The cost of returning your order will be refunded. No replacements or refunds can be sent unless we receive this sample. Other damaged goods must be returned along with the original packaging by first or second class mail only, the cost of which will be refunded by us.
