1. How do I find a poster?
There are three ways to search: keyword search, category search and alphabetical search. The "search" box to the left allows you to search for a keyword or phrase. Keep your searches short... if you enter too many words you will be less likely to find any matches. Poster categories are also listed to the left... just click any category name to view posters. Alphabetical searches allow you to simply view all posters that begin with any letter... just click any of the letters above to view posters.
2. How do I place an order?
Easy! Just search for the posters you want (see above), then click the "add to cart" button next to the items you want to order. When you are finished shopping, click the "cart" button at the top-right of your screen and follow the instructions to complete the secure checkout process.
3. How are shipping rates calculated?
All items are dispatched in sturdy packaging. Posters are sent rolled in strong tubes. Photos, tour books, calendars and t-shirts are sent in reinforced packages. Shipping rates within the United States are $9.81 for the first poster and $1.96 for each additional poster.
4. Why should I buy my posters from you?
We offer a huge range of both promotional and mainstream posters, giant posters, medium posters and small record posters, as well as a growing range of themed postcard collections and more goodies in the pipeline soon. A large proportion of our posters are extremely hard to find. Some of our posters are fairly impossible to get your hands on and these rare posters are available at a lower price then anywhere else.
5. When will I get my posters?
While we aim to get you your posters as soon as possible, a small portion of our inventory are not held in stock (a situation that we are constantly addressing). But if we have a reasonable proportion of your order it will be shipped immediately and you will be informed of the estimated time for the rest of your order to arrive at no extra cost to you. Our worst case delivery time should be 28 days, after which you should contact us by e-mail at chris@stickitonyourwall.com.
6. Why should I risk using my credit card?
We employ state-of-the-art security measures and a secure checkout process for orders placed on our website. Our payment processor is one of the best in the world Protx. You can rest assured that your personal information is safe and secure when you order from us.
7. I don't have a credit card, what other payment options do you have?
We also accept PayPal. This option is available to you during the secure checkout process.
8. What's a cookie and do you use them?
Cookies are tiny bits of text that are stored in your browser for the purpose of tracking you as you move from page to page through our website. They are required for our shopping cart to function properly. They are not viruses or programs but benign bits of text. They contain only the information that our site has assigned, no other website has access to this text.
